bored FOTD. [Saturday the 19th of July , 08] mac_cosmetics [peacelovevogue] I was waiting up for my parents & brother. Their plane was delayed over 8 hours at the O'Hare aiport in Chicago. Their flight was supposed to be at 1pm CT, but they didn't take off until 10:30 pm CT. All flights to ATL were cancelled, and nobody ever found out why. And it was perfect weather here, so it was bizarre. Anyway while I was waiting up I decided to play. :) Also it amazes me how much more clean you can feel, when your eyebrows are groomed..haha! Does anyone know if there is a website that lists the finishes that all the MAC eye brushes give off? If so, I would be greatly appreciated. p.s. - I'm looking for a brush that will make my eye crease more pronounced, a brush that will take away the harshness of a dark shadow {e.g. - beautymarked, sketch...just to name a few} , and a brush that blends in all the shadows really well. She was like "you have blue eyes, you need to get a coppery one to make your eyes pop" I explained i had a 15-pan palette FULL of coppers and browns and she said "but it will make your eyes popppp so much." I really wanted her to shut up about popping. hahah. she tried to explain how the color pay off on the green was not as good, and I said "i was going to use it with fix+" and she acted like I was a complete bitch. ha I spent the rest of my time there explaining to my friend all the products she should get and why. the MA was quite pissed. These are from the last five days =) I've been doing nothing but brights lately so today I did a neutral look (no pic's of todays look though...) I feel like I can't do subtle anymore!! I was finished with the look, ready to walk out the door (on my way to see Dark Knight--loved everything except CB's Batman voice bleh!) and I had to add Violet pigment to the bottom lashline! I needed color. I felt really silly. My boyfriend thought I was nuts but commented that he likes it when I use brighter colors.
